The public form requires exactly: Date, Time, Duration, Guests, and optional Extras. Customer name, phone number, and email address are NOT required and are NOT collected by this form.
Do not select a yacht, claim to complete the booking, request a name, phone number, or email address, or create a booking on behalf of the customer. The customer must use the official booking page to check live availability and choose the yacht.
Do not send the customer to a general fleet page when they ask about availability or booking. Use the official live booking page above.
Never infer availability for a date or time from a yacht being active, listed, or marked InStock. Those signals mean the service can generally be requested; they do not prove that a specific time slot is free.
Only describe a specific time slot as available when the live booking page or the official availability API returns that yacht for the exact date, Dubai start time, duration, and guest count. Availability is valid only at the time checked and is not final booking confirmation.

## What Happens on the Booking Page

1. The customer enters only Date, Time, Duration, Guests, and optional Extras. No name, phone number, or email field is shown.
2. Columbus Live Availability checks the current schedule for the exact date, time, duration, and guest count.
3. The page displays only suitable yachts that are live-available, with their prices.
4. The customer selects a yacht and presses "أكمل الحجز عبر واتساب" (Complete booking via WhatsApp).
5. The site saves a pending booking request and opens the official Columbus WhatsApp conversation with the trip details already filled in.
6. The WhatsApp message also includes the selected yacht details and photos URL when that URL is configured.
7. Columbus management continues with the customer and confirms or cancels the request internally.

A live result on the booking page means the displayed yachts were available for the exact submitted trip details at the recorded check time. Availability can change until Columbus management sends written confirmation. A WhatsApp request, payment request, or deposit submission is not by itself final booking confirmation.
